1. Processing method of sesame ash stone fire board with cut edge

(l) Burn before cutting processing method

① The iron frame table is used, the rough plate is placed on it, and the relative position of the good gas cutting gun and the plate to be processed is adjusted, and the gas cutting gun and the surface of the plate to be processed are about 600 angles.

② Open the water valve, adjust the water volume, and the water volume is generally controlled within the range of 2L/min. Open the gas valve, fire it, and set the gas cutter fire. As large as possible, gas consumption should be controlled in the following range: oxygen consumption of lOrrc13/h, petroleum gas consumption of 6kg/ho

Grasp the feed speed and ensure that the plate to be processed is heated evenly. The transverse moving speed of the gas cutting gun is selected from 5 to 8m/min, and the longitudinal moving speed of the sheet to be processed is selected in the following range:

Burning 20~200mm thick granite plate Vc = 0.18 ~ 0.27m /min

Fire 16mm thick granite plate Vc = 0.115 ~ 0.135m /min

④ Cut into specification sesame ash stone fire board. Because the heat of the plate edge penetrates deeper, it should be cut off, and the quartz expanded and then contracted after the fire, the structure has been loose, so the cutting feed speed should be smaller to avoid angular defects. The cutting feed speed is selected from 0.2 to 0.5 m/min.

(2) Cutting and burning processing method (this process is rarely used)

① First cut the wool plate into a specification wool plate.

② The iron frame table is used, and the specification sheet is placed on it, closely arranged, and the refractory board (brick) of the same thickness is placed around it to protect the edge of the board from heat immersion. Adjust the relative position of the aerobic cutting gun and the plate to be machined.

③ Open the water valve and adjust the water quantity; Open the gas valve, fire it, and set the gas cutter fire.

④ Master the feed speed to ensure that the processing plate is heated evenly.

2. Processing method of sesame ash stone fire plate with raw edge

The raw edge sesame ash stone fire board has certain specifications, and its processing method is slightly the same as the "first burn and then cut processing method". Just two additions:

(1) Place the burned plate flat on the work table with the fire side down, and slot it with a disk saw blade with a thickness of 3-4 mm according to the specifications to ensure that there is still a thickness of 3 to 4mm.

(2) Make lever-type steel plate according to the width of the groove, pry open the plate to be processed, and obtain the raw edge sesame ash stone fire plate.
